Annual Essay Wether Lamb Contest
Starting in 2017 we started an essay contest. 4-H and FFA members could enter by submitting an essay. Essays are due each November with the winner announced in December. Each spring at our annual open house this winner gets first pick of our wether lambs. This lamb is selected from our club stock.
Contest Details
WIN A 7 MILE MARKET/CLUB LAMB.
We are so excited to watch these genetics in the show ring we have decided to offer one wether to a 4-H or FFA member through a scholarship essay contest.
Details: Lambs will be born February and March Growth Disposition Shag Bone Member will get first pick of lambs before any other client purchase. Mentoring available from us for showing and fitting. Lambs will have first vaccinations and deworming at delivery Member is responsible for delivery or transportation of lamb.

B. Experience with sheep and care of sheep
C. What do you hope to learn
Entry deadline is November 30 of current year.
We will ask winner to sign photos release and submit updates of their progress with their Not fully completing project which includes record book & all local 4-H/ FFA requirements will result in disqualification to participate in any future such offerings.
Repreat winners will have to share their records from previous year.
